Training

BSRC can help you with your training in a variety of ways that suit you personally as a runner. These range from finding you a running partner or group of people that run at your pace to helping you with an individual marathon plan. BSRC offers a variety of coached training sessions each week to help you progress with your running goals and has experienced runners and coaches for you to get advice on training for any distance from 1k up to ultra marathons. If you have a question, there will be someone who can help answer it or find a runner who can.
