Le Tour De Stort Day 4 - Beldam's Blast
On Wednesday the survivors are back at the Club for the 'Beldams Blast' finale. Runners start in groups, the slowest first, heading for Warwick Road - down this with a loop at the bottom, then back to the club to finish with a lap of the field. At only 2.5 miles this stage favours the sprinters, but there isn't much time to make up ground on your rivals.
